The Shepparton Art Museum is bringing water to life with more than 30 artists exhibiting work as part of the Freshwater exhibition.

The exhibition will explore the ecological, cultural, political and economic realities of water, which has been a strong focus of the region.

Curator Rebecca Coates said it was a must-see exhibition.

‘‘Too much water, not enough water; these are the opening remarks for many a conversation around Australia,’’ Dr Coates said.

■The exhibition will run until Sunday, June 4 at Shepparton Art Museum in Welsford St, Shepparton.
