William Adams Ag Shepparton has recently added more staff to its departments as it looks to take the business forward.
The addition of staff, which has seen an increase from ‘‘two to about 12’’ since the Shepparton branch began business two years ago, has complemented the product range.
‘‘It’s William Adams Ag and the branch progressing. We are expanding by adding experienced staff, which is supporting the product range that we have on offer,’’ branch manager Christian Barnett said.
He said the staff additions had improved the business’ overall outputs.
‘‘There has been significant improvement in size and running of the business and we pride ourselves on providing good quality products for new and existing clients,’’ he said.
‘‘By adding more experienced staff in areas where they are needed, we can be a supplier of choice.’’
Mr Barnett said the Shepparton branch worked with the other branches to improve the business as a whole.
‘‘We’re backed by a wider network. We are one of five ag dealerships in Victoria — Wodonga, Swan Hill, Horsham, Traralgon and Shepparton. There is also three in Tassie as well.’’
With the Shepparton branch ‘‘very parts and service-focused’’, this time of year is a busy one, especially for the five service mechanics and their manager Daniel McGuire.
‘‘The hay making machinery is now being packed up and the seeders are starting to come in,’’ Mr Barnett said.
The William Adams Ag Shepparton team consists of parts manager Glenn Hart, admin/receptionist Fiona Lawson and the sales team of James MacGibbon, Luke Stammers and Mr Barnett.
William Adams Ag Shepparton is at 7847 Goulburn Valley Hwy, Kialla.
