Nathalia fun in sun

By Country News

It’s set to be fun for the whole family at this weekend’s Nathalia Show, with organisers expecting strong crowds this year.

The October 6 event will have plenty for all ages, with band the Cool Cat Rockers making the trip from Shepparton to perform on the day, as well as a refreshed horse events program also a key attraction.

Publicity officer Ellen Morcombe encouraged everyone to come along to the day.

‘‘We’re set for a pretty good turnout. It’s looking like a fine, sunny day,’’ she said.

‘‘We’d love everyone to come along and participate as well. The best you can get out of the show is when you participate.’’

A mini big top will keep the youngsters entertained, with face painting, balloons and plenty of games on show, all in line with the event’s carnival extravaganza theme.

Future agriculture leaders will also compete to take out first place in the Young Farmers Challenge.
