Riders put through paces

By Country News

Riders from across Victoria descended on Tatura Park on July 28 and 29 as the Welsh Pony and Cob Society held its Working Hunter Clinic.

Arranged by North East Border Regional Promotional Group, the two-day event was focused on improving the capabilities of riders and horses in working hunter competitions.

The event served as the perfect warm-up to the group’s upcoming show at Oxley Recreation Reserve on Sunday, September 9, where everyone from newcomers to advanced will be catered for.

A number of classes including show hunter ridden and led, native ridden and led and working hunter classes will be held on the day.
