Former G-MW chairman Llew Vale to be farewelled

A former chairman of Goulburn-Murray Water, Llew Vale, has died.

Llewelyn James Vale died on March 31 at the age of 72.

A memorial service for Mr Vale will be held at the Toora Community Hall, Gray St, Toora at 11 am on Friday, April 5.

Mr Vale, who had an extensive history of public service in the Gippsland region, served as chairman of G-MW between 2011 and 2014.

Mr Vale is survived by his wife, Jane, two sons and two daughters.

Funeral arrangements are in the hands of Gippsland Funerals.
