This year’s event will be held on Sunday, March 10 and, due to the success of the 2016 and 2017 ute shows with more than 50 utes and 100 people in attendance, the organising committee has decided to change the format and open up the categories to all vehicles including cars, utes, bikes, trucks and lawnmowers.
Whether you have a classic car, ute, truck, bike or even a mower, there is a category that will suit every motor enthusiast — and you can enter as many events as you wish.
There will also be mower races on the day along with boot throwing, colouring competitions and a jumping castle.
Again this year’s event will be held as a community fundraiser for local groups with all the funds going back into the local community.
The Stanhope Show and Shine will run from 9am to 5pm on Sunday, March 10, on the land adjacent to Stanhope Hotel.
There will be a barbecue breakfast and lunch available on the day and a spit roast dinner available from 6pm as well as a goods and services auction held during the afternoon.

Pre-booking for events costs $10 for the first event and $5 for each other event entered.
Catering is available from 9am on the day with registrations still open on the day until noon.
