A Grains Research Update, run by the Grains Research and Development Corporation, will be held in Moama this week.

The update, to be held on Thursday at the Moama Bowling Club, will cover topics such as social license, a seasonal climate outlook, decisions on maize before the crop is planted, a grain market update, cost benefit analysis of irrigating wheat in drought years, responding to shifts in climate, water availability and the environment, integrated disease management, a water market outlook and integrated weed management.
The topics will be delivered by Katie McRobert, Dale Grey, Steve Lanyon, Ron Storey, Damian Jones, Wayne Meyer, Andrew Millgate, Peter Lawford and Chris Preston.
The Grains Research Update will be held on Thursday, July 25, from 9am to 3pm at the Moama Bowling Club.
Tickets are $30 per person and $20 for subsequent people from the same business.
