Josh Setterfield will be headlining, with the Iain Archibald Band, Tyla Rodrigues on the main stage and exceptional talent Zara Lindeman on the day stage in the car park.
The one thing Lions Club of Elmore Charity ball secretary Hollie Hildebrandt would like to make clear to guests is they don’t have to come in a ute.
“You can bring whatever vehicle you like to come into the ball,” Hollie said.
“I know some people think ‘I can’t go because I don’t have a ute,’ but that is not the case, you can come in a car.
“People will bring tents and swags to sleep in or have rooftop tents.
Guests can bring their own drinks for during the day in the car park, no glass — cans only, and then use their 10-drink wristband purchased with their ticket in the live entertainment area.
Your ticket provides a dinner of roast beef rolls and a Sunday morning breakfast of bacon and egg rolls.
The TAC Vanessa bus will be at the event on Sunday if guests wish to get a breath test before driving to ensure they are safe on the road.
There is a dress code, with guests able to wear whatever they like in the car park, but to go into the live entertainment, they must dress up.
“The guys have to wear black pants, a white shirt and a tie, and then the girls wear either a black or white dress,” Hollie said.
“So, a bit more prim and proper, you would say.”
Elmore Summer Send-Off Ball is at Elmore Events Centre on Saturday, March 9, gates open at 1pm, with entertainment kicking off at 8pm.
