Flock rams up for sale at Murchison East

"We are concentrating on flock rams, rather than showing, as we have a commercial stud ourselves and we know what people want," he said.

"They want natural length and depth and size in the rams and nice front shoulders for ease of lambing."

Stock Scan figures will be available on the day of sale.

The Heathmar Poll Dorset Stud sale will be held on Thursday, September 26 at 20 Browns Rd, Murchison East from 1pm.

Inspections will be available from 11am and a barbecue lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
