Previously known as Grochem Australia, the fresh new look of 7 Worlds Ag has been well received by the market as the company continues to build on its reputation for innovative technology and commitment to the horticulture industry.
“Best of all, the launch of 7 Worlds Ag has given our business the opportunity to talk about the importance of sustainability, our R&D program and the expanding product range we offer our dealers and growers,” 7 Worlds Ag chief executive Ben Coombe says.
He adds products such as ProBlad Verde fungicide are a good example of the company’s commitment to developing more organic products and softer chemistry in line with market requirements.
Certified as an input for organic production, ProBlad Verde is a broad spectrum contact fungicide containing the new active ingredient BLAD protein.
Its unique mode of action has preventative effects against fungal diseases such as brown rot and botrytis grey mould in wine and table grapes, stone fruit and berries, as well as powdery mildew in cucurbits such as melons, pumpkin and zucchini.
“Our team spent several days in South Australia last month inspecting this season’s field trials, led by Orville Hildebrand, our R&D manager, which will pave the way for new product developments and label extensions in coming months,” Ben explains.
“It reflects our ongoing commitment to research and development, ensuring we offer our customers the best products from around the globe to meet their needs,” he says.
He acknowledges the effort and enthusiasm shown by the 7 Worlds Ag team for the new brand identity.
“Our people have embraced the new 7 Worlds Ag, enjoying the opportunity to talk to our customers about this new era and undoubtedly helping to create its success,” Ben says.
“Customers are receiving a monthly update as another way of keeping customers in the loop about key developments in our support for their business.”
Like its predecessor, 7 Worlds Ag is an independent, privately owned Australian business dedicated to the specific needs of horticulturists.
Its new identity is inspired by the work of Sir David Attenborough and his dedication to the planet.
“Our small team of nine people combines more than 150 years of experience in agriculture and have a shared passion for helping growers with solutions that enhance their productivity and nurture a sustainable future.”
