Building on Agsafe's long-standing commitment to training, certification and product stewardship, the new Standards provide an integrated framework across seven key areas of operational safety and compliance.
Supported by guidance materials, training and a structured certification process, the Standards provide businesses with a practical pathway to continually improve their systems while demonstrating compliance with nationally recognised industry requirements.
Agsafe chief executive officer Alicia Garden said the launch of the Agsafe Industry Standards represents an important milestone for both Agsafe and the wider AgVet chemical industry.

The development of the Agsafe Industry Standards has been a collaborative effort involving representatives from across the AgVet chemical supply chain. Agsafe acknowledges the valuable contributions of its Advisory Panel, Safety Action, the National Transport Commission, the internal working group and numerous industry participants whose expertise helped ensure the Standards are practical, contemporary and aligned with regulatory expectations.
