News Apple Crumble Cup By Jamie Salter Oct 19, 2020 Makes: 10 Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content Preparation: 25 minutes Cooking: 15 minutes Ingredients: 10 apples, peeled, cored and sliced ½ cup water ¼ cup sugar 1 kg reduced fat vanilla yoghurt 2½ cups low-fat muesli Method: Combine apples, water and sugar in a saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are just tender. Cool and refrigerate until required. Layer apples, yoghurt and muesli into 10 x 225 ml disposable serving cups, finishing with a layer of yoghurt and a sprinkling of muesli.
