Emergency services are responding to a bushfire on Curr Rd near Tongala that began this afternoon.
The bushfire, which 14 CFA vehicles are currently attending, is located between Matheson and Sinclair Rds.
The fire is categorised as small on the VicEmergency app.

As of 2.31pm, the fire was not under control and a ‘Stay informed’ notice had been issued via the VicEmergency app.
It advised residents to keep the road clear so emergency services could respond, and warned that smoke would be visible from nearby communities and roads.
An update is expected by 4.50pm, or if the situation changes.
