Mr Clancy won every booth in the electorate with the latest NSW Electoral Commission figures showing him claiming 52.68 per cent of the two-party-preferred vote ahead of Labor’s Marcus Rowland with 22.56 per cent.
Clancy secured 1580 votes from the Corowa early polling centre.
Mr Clancy thanked his supporters as well as the volunteers and his family for their efforts in the election campaign.
“Thank you to the people of the Albury Electorate for the privilege to continue representing you in the NSW Parliament,” he said.
Meanwhile, Chris Minns will become the 47th Premier of NSW following Labor’s election victory.
After 12 years in opposition, the NSW election results means Labor governments are in power in all the mainland states as well as federally.
