Some of the many faces Essie Nisbet has seen in her 100 years came together for her birthday party at Cunningham Downs in Echuca.

In attendance were four generations of family members, friends new and old, former colleagues from her three decades on the PS Canberra, and other connections who have played a part in her century of life.
Mrs Nisbet received letters from King Charles III and Queen Camilla, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, the Governor-General, and Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh, along with many cards from friends and family.
