Muster director Jan Smith said the event focused on participation, learning and sharing.
"We are attracting many leading acoustic bands and it’s a brilliant opportunity to jam all day and all night and learn from the best,” she said.
“As well, we are getting a huge crowd for the free evening concerts who just want to listen, to kick back on a balmy summer’s night with their drinks and nibbles and just take in the sounds.”
Free concerts and music workshops will run from Wednesday, January 8 to Sunday, January 12 and highlights of the event include the Biggest Bush Band and bush dance on opening night, open mic opportunities and ukulele lessons for children.
Other activities include:
Jigarre Jammin’ community jam.
Out of the Hat band.
Harmony singing.
Hilarious joke competition.
Sunday gospel singalong.
Free kids’ activities including music, crafts, poetry and games.
