A fun day out for the family, the committee has urged people to pre-book to assist in running the event efficiently.
The event will be held on Sunday, March 8 at the new site of the Stanhope Recreation Reserve on Midland Hwy.
Stanhope Show & Shine Committee secretary Lyn Emmett said entries were now open and were filling fast.
"We are looking forward to another great year with lots of cars, bikes, utes and trucks on show in conjunction with a swap meet and a large children’s entertainment area, comprising of jumping castles, snow cones, colouring competition, face painting, plaster painting and an animal nursery," she said.
"Whilst in Stanhope, drop down to our main street and see what our local garage sale has on offer, or drive down to Girgarre to look at their farmers' market."
The exhibitor entrance will open at 7 am and public entry is from 8 am with a gold coin donation.
Those who wish to hold a swap meet stall, sell their wares or enter their vehicle can email stanhopeshowandshine@gmail.com for an entry form or phone Lyn Emmett on 0427 572 629.
