Mathoura crowns champs

Mathoura Football Netball Club held its end-of-season presentations on Saturday, November 13, with Jake Ellery and Jordan Barrett’s stellar seasons recognised with the senior and A-grade best-and-fairest awards respectively.

Congratulations to the award winners:

Senior football

Chris Duggan Best & Fairest award: Jake Ellery. 

Runner-up best-and-fairest, most valuable player, leading goal-kicker: Izaac Johnson.

Alf Allingham award for most consistent: Che Taranto.

Most determined: Zac Cockayne. 

Rising star award: Jack Pell. 

Harry McCormick award for best first year player: Seth Wright.

A grade netball

Best & Fairest coaches award: Jordan Barrett. 

Runner-up best-and-fairest, most consistent: Rebecca McCluskey.
