Deniliquin Croquet Club members were ‘on the tools’ late last week helping the Deniliquin Lawn Tennis Club get prepared for its annual Deni Ute Muster souvlaki stand.

There were lots of tomatoes to be diced and lettuce shredded to help feed the hungry crowds.
Once the Muster was over, members took to the courts on Sunday morning.
Garry Brose was the lone three game winners, with Judy Barry and Alan Higgins achieving a two game score.
There were four jump shots with one each to Brian Dudley, Brad Fawns, Garry Brose and Frank Conallin.
Fifteen members participated on Wednesday, with Peter Whittakers winning from Alan Higgins on a countback.
Six members were two game achievers - Brain Dudley, Andy Davis, Brad Fawns, Leo Barry, Terry Murphy and Ray Moye.
The pennant team continue to climb the ladder, winning their home game against Rich River last week.
Yesterday they were playing away to Mooroopna to cement a position in the top three.
