Led by leadership and sustainable performance expert Cynthia Mahoney, the hands-on workshop will explore how farmers can make better decisions under stress and manage workloads more effectively.
“Farming is tough, it’s one of the most demanding jobs out there, physically and mentally,” Ms Mahoney said.
“This workshop is about equipping farmers with the tools to stay clear-headed, make sound decisions, and build a sustainable future for themselves and their families.”
Participants will learn how to understand the science behind stress, develop a healthier mindset, and invest in their own performance as a strategic asset.
“Farmers are their farm’s most important asset,” Ms Mahoney said.
“When they invest in their own resilience and leadership, they strengthen their business and create a ripple effect that benefits their families, teams, and communities.”
The Farming Stronger workshop will be held at The Shamrock Hotel, Numurkah, on Thursday, September 11 from 10am to 2pm.
Lunch and workshop notes are provided, and attendance is free.
