If it sounds too good to be true!

I, too, find it surprising that the Nanneella-Koyuga region is being considered for a wind farm. No part of the Goulburn Valley is considered to be wind prone.

The windiest and sparsely populated regions of Victoria would make more economic sense.

If a wind farm were to be built but failed to cover operational costs and leasing expenditures, would Fera cut their losses and pull the plug?

Would they vanish, leaving the turbines standing there as silent reminders of what might have been?
