Moama was a little off the pace it had set this season, conceding more and scoring fewer goals than its average performance this season, while the Rams scored above average marks at the attacking and defensive end.
The Magpies reshuffled their line-up from the previous week’s win over Echuca United, coach Lisa Drysdale dropping Olivia Taverna back into wing defence to cover the absent Tazarni Clarke, with Stephanie Sarro stepping off the bench to start at wing attack.

With Moama picking up a draw earlier in the year, it trails Deni by two points or half a game, with plenty of time for the Magpies to sneak back ahead in the final eight rounds.
The 2024 grand finalist is 6-1-3 at this stage and next heads into a favourable fixture against 3-1-6 Congupna, at Congupna, this weekend.
