Drought relief for farmers over holidays

“It will put food on the table and make sure farming families can make ends meet,” Federal Drought Minister David Littleproud said.

Farmers wanting to apply for a slice of the $33.2 million package have been asked to go through charities like Vinnies and the Salvation Army.

“This is about making sure families can have dignity this Christmas and into the New Year,” Mr Littleproud said.
