Residents of northern and central Victoria have been warned to brace for heavy rain and possibly flooding. Temperatures are expected to range in the 30s, before wet weather and stormy conditions move in.
A low pressure system will develop on Thursday causing widespread rainfall, which could lead to minor flooding in northern and central parts of Victoria, the Bureau of Meteorology said.
A flood warning has been issued for the upper Goulburn catchment between Lake Eildon and Seymour,
including Acheron River, Yea River, King Parrot Creek, Sunday Creek and other tributaries.
