Federal Water Minister David Littleproud took some much needed timeout to have a bit of a rest from his long journey swimming down the Murray River.
He quite literally found himself hanging around Gleeson’s Excavations in Barham, where he was treated to a bit of a spin around the yard, courtesy of one of Danny Gleeson’s idle excavators.
In it’s peak, the business had 10 employees, now there is just Danny and his brother and work has dried up like NSW’s irrigation allocation.
The effigy of Mr Littleproud was thrown into the water at Tocumwal during a SpeakUp Campaign Rally which also called for his resignation.
He is now back in the Murray and on his way to South Australia
