Green breakfast smoothie

Ingredients:

1 handful of rocket

2 ripe kiwifruit

1/4 avocado

2-3 cups of almond milk

1 tbs hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds

2 tsp raw cacao or organic cocoa powder

1 tsp organic honey (or manuka)

1 pinch of ground chili

Method:

Blend all ingredients and serve.
