Appeal for witnesses after serious crash in Mulwala

Emergency services worked to free the driverthen NSW Ambulance treated him for head and pelvic injuries.

Following initial treatment, he was flown to Royal Alfred Hospital in Melbourne in a critical condition.

A crime scene was established and investigation was commenced into the circumstances of the crash.
