Who knows why certain movies become cult classics and why a particular piece of pop culture lights an individual’s fire, but when it does, sometimes it’s a bonfire of epic proportions.

A gleaming example of this currently sits on the display turntable at the Museum of Vehicle Evolution in Kialla, in the form of a Jurassic Park replica Jeep that is here for the school holidays.
Coincidentally, it arrived the same day the latest Jurassic World movie, Rebirth, premiered at Village Cinemas in Shepparton.

These icy(-aged) school holidays in the Goulburn Valley are going to be a treat for prehistoric genre fandom.
MOVE’s Andrew Church said the Jeep’s owner loved the Jurassic Park movie as a child and had not yet grown out of his obsession.
Armed with that fiery, unrelenting passion and adult money, he’s created himself a replica of one of the vehicles featured in the film franchise, sparing no attention to detail.

Themed props, such as 10,000-volt electric fence warning signs and dinosaur cut-outs surround the Jeep, while park ranger jackets, ID cards, visitor passes and a curious can of branded shaving cream sit inside it.
