Traffic modifications and reduced speeds are set to be implemented along Toolamba Rd in Mooroopna as works commence on the GV Link Enterprise Project.
The development will see the Simson Rd and Toolamba Rd intersection upgraded to feature a B-Double-rated, single-lane roundabout.
The new intersection will operate with an 80 km/h speed limit to enhance connectivity in the area.
Works will take place between 7am and 7pm on weekdays, and 7am to 3pm on Saturdays, weather and approvals permitting.
Traffic management will be in place along Toolamba Rd, including speed reductions and shuttle flow arrangements, though access to nearby businesses and properties will be maintained.
Greater Shepparton City Council will release additional information about construction timelines and their effects on motorists in coming weeks.
