Goulburn-Murray Water’s Shepparton Customer Service Centre will be temporarily closed for renovations.

The renovations will take place from Tuesday, July 22 to Tuesday, September 16 and will entail upgrading the physical layout and improving accessibility and service delivery at the Wheeler St site.
While the works are under way, the Shepparton team will continue to provide the full range of services to its customers via appointment-only.

G-MW distribution services operations manager Craig Kellow said the renovations would help better meet the needs of customers.
“While the Shepparton Customer Service Centre is temporarily closed, our team remains fully available through appointments, on-farm visits, and remote support,” Mr Kellow said.
“We appreciate customers’ understanding and patience while the works are completed.”
