The competition was open to all businesses who sell FMC products in FMC's southern region, with the businesses rated on net revenue, net revenue growth between October 1 and December 31, 2018 and brand support.
The three category scores were then multiplied resulting in an overall score, which saw IK Caldwell pocket $15 000 to send staff on a study tour to a destination to be decided.
IK Caldwell's horticulture business manager David Morey said the study tour would help participants find solutions to issues facing farmers in the Goulburn Valley and to educate themselves on how to better inform farmers about how to use the FMC products more efficiently.
FMC's Victoria area business manager Greg Bennett said the tour would also be an opportunity for the participants to network with FMC staff.
