Wrapping up a week of book-themed festivities, students from Prep to Year 6 — along with a group of Year 12 students — crowded in the Brigidine Centre for a book character parade.
With parents and caregivers watching on, classes of students took turns making their way around, making sure to slap every outreached hand as they went by.
Some students went as book characters, other strayed from the theme and went as sports figures or movie characters.
Journalist Jemma Jones was there to capture all the Book Week magic.
