The Bureau of Meteorology warns sheep graziers that cold temperatures, rain and showers and strong south-westerly winds are expected during Friday, August 29 and Saturday, August 30.

Areas likely to be affected include the Wimmera, Northern Country, North Central, North East, South West, Central, West and South Gippsland and East Gippsland forecast districts and parts of the Mallee forecast district.
There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
There is also a specific strong wind warning for Nagambie.
