Local Enduro motorcycle rider Riley Foord has backed up a stellar performance at last month’s Harrow Pony Express and claimed another win at the weekend.
Foord competed in the Dederang Cross Country Enduro - a four-hour endurance race, pitting rider and bike against course and elements.
He won the Iron Man class and was one of only six competitors who were able to finish - showing how hard the course and the event are.
While the Harrow Pony Express was part of the Vic Hard Enduro Championship, Dederang was a stand-alone event.
Foord currently sits inside the top 10, at number nine, for the Bronze class of the Vic Hard Enduro leaderboard in the 16-34 years age group.
At 28, and having only having picked up competitive Enduro riding less than 12 months ago, he has taken to the competitive side of racing like a natural.
There is one more Vic Hard Enduro Championships event on their calendar for the year - the Wildwood Extreme Enduro taking place on Sunday, November 10.
