Both opening bowlers had a wicket to their name early as Brendan Hill found an outside edge, and Andrew Dishot knocked off the top of the bails.
Before the Bushrangers could form a big partnership, Aneeque Azam took 2 wickets in 2 balls as the Lakers were back on top.
Not long after, Dishot had his second and third to go with another 2 in 2 balls from Azam.
The crafty leg spinner wasn’t done there, Aneeque created his 5th wicket finding a gap between bat and pad, before taking his 6th with an excellent one-handed catch from Brendan Hill at 1st slip. Benalla all out for 126.
