Passed away suddenly in Bunbury WA, just short of his 86th birthday — doing what he loved, busy in his workshop surrounded by his tools and aircraft hobbies.

Loved husband of Dimity. Loving father of Michael, Douglas and Elizabeth, and father-in-law of Simon and Liz. Cherished grandfather of Ali, Reilly, Kate, Hugo and Sarah. Brother to Jim, Tom (RIP), Vanessa and Geoff (RIP).

Ron will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Australian War Memorial Aircraft Restoration Fund or the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) would be appreciated.
