Passed away peacefully

on 14 April, 2026,

at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Aged 88 years.

Dearly loved and devoted wife of

Brian Thomas Fox.

Much loved mother to Sheryl,

mother-in-law to Brendan,

and adored Nanna to

Declan and Aidan.

Sincere thanks to the nursing staff in the Neurology Ward of the RAH, who cared for Patricia so beautifully in her final days affording her the dignity in death she so deserved.
