A treasured cousin and friend, Rita was also an exceptional mentor, leader and role model whose influence reached far beyond her family.
She combined remarkable achievement with generosity, compassion and an unwavering commitment to the service of others.
Rita touched countless lives and leaves an immense and enduring legacy - one defined not only by the significance of her contribution, but by the love, care and respect she inspired. She left us surrounded by profound love and admiration and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by us all.
