Born 27th of November 1954
Passed away peacefully at home on the 7th of September 2025, aged 70, having lost her hard fought battle with brain cancer.
Survived by her husband, Hugh and children Jonathon, Elizabeth and Thomas.

The family welcome those who wish to celebrate the life of Pat
To attend the funeral be held in the Heysen Chapel, Centennial Park on Thursday, 18th September 2025, Commencing at 11:30am
