Beef Week is a good opportunity to talk with fellow Angus breeders, according to Dysart Angus stud principal Chris Goddard.

Mr Goddard has been involved in Beef Week most years since 2006, and all bulls will be up for sale when he opens the farm gates on February 2.
“Dysart Angus have been breeding black Angus cattle on the river flats along the Goulburn River since 2001,” he said.
“The foundation stock were sourced from Te Mania with later additions from Lawsons, Vermont and Witherswood, amongst others.
“We are all about breeding sound functional stock and use quality out-cross bulls in our program, which have outstanding fertility and growth.”
