One citizen and one permanent resident were able to exit through the Rafah crossing out of Gaza during the second window for foreign nationals to evacuate on Thursday.
The Australians, who were on a list to get out of Gaza in the first opportunity on Wednesday, made the crossing into Egypt on Thursday with the help of consular officials from the UK.
They will join the rest of the other 23 Australians who got out of Gaza safely on Wednesday for onward travel to Cairo.
Dozens of Australians had been trapped in Gaza, which has been bombarded by retaliatory air strikes by Israel in response to a deadly attack launched by Hamas on October 7.
"We continue to engage closely with partners in the region and do all we can to enable the remaining Australians in Gaza, who wish to leave, to do so as soon as possible," a foreign affairs department spokesman said.
"The timing of those departures depends on a range of factors.Â
"The situation in Gaza continues to be highly challenging and can change rapidly."
More than 800 people have been able to leave Gaza via the Rafah crossing under a deal brokered between the US, Egypt, Israel and Qatar.
A third crossing opportunity is expected to take place on Friday.
Industry Minister Ed Husic said the international community was closely watching the situation in the Middle East, amid calls for a de-escalation of violence in the region.
"I was worried very early on about where things would head, and the impacts that would be borne by innocent Palestinian families," he told ABC Radio on Friday.
"There's been a very sizeable impact in terms of lives that have been lost, particularly around kids.
"A lot of people in Australia are genuinely worried by that.
"This is a real issue in terms of potential overreach, and I think the international community is asking, pleading for moderation and hoping that that happens."
Industry Minister Ed Husic said the situation in the Middle East is being closely watched.
Opposition foreign affairs spokesman Simon Birmingham said it was critical for foreign nationals to be able to leave Gaza.
"We all want to see humanitarian aid access Gaza and we want to ensure that there is movement of international citizens out of Gaza," he told Sky News.
"It's critical that Israel is successful in disarming Hamas, otherwise we will just see repeat after repeat of the October 7 type tragedy, and we will see more loss of innocent life over that long term."
