A harvester workshop will be held at Stewarton, near Dookie, on Thursday, September 26 for industry experts and researchers to give grain growers the latest advice ahead of this season’s harvest.
The Grains Research and Development Corporation Harvester Set-up workshop will be hosted by the Birchip Cropping Group in collaboration with local growers.
GRDC Southern Panel chair and Rutherglen grain grower Andrew Russell has attended past harvester set-up workshops and said they were an ‘awesome’ resource that allowed for useful conversations between growers, skilled header operators and other machinery experts.
The workshop will be held from 9am to 3pm at 549 Love Rd, Stewarton.
